After you fill in the form, either Sammy the shop manager, or the artist of your choice will get in touch with you to answer any questions you may have. We will then also request any additional information we still need in regards to your idea, placement, size, artist, or available dates.

Due to the volume of e-mails, we typically take up to a week to respond. If you feel it is taking too long, please make sure our response didn't end up in your spam folder.


If you are planning on having large-scale work done (like a backpiece or sleeve), we will likely schedule you for a consultation first. A consultation can be offered if we think it's necessary to go over some design and technical details with your artist, but it can also be important to have a full drawing session. In that case, the artist will draw your ideas straight onto your body, make a copy of that drawing, and use this as a blueprint for the final design. This way they can ensure that the design will perfectly fit your unique body shape.


In the case of smaller tattoos, it could still very well be, that a consultation is the best place to start. We like to leave no stone unturned to make sure the tattoo design is exactly in line with the idea you have in your mind.

In case you live far or have limited available time, we also offer consultations through the phone.


When you are ready for the real deal, after having had the consultation or email communications, we will book you in for the actual tattoo appointment. To confirm this tattoo booking we will always take a deposit through PayPal or bank transfer.
